Writing
Aaron is a writer with credits in fiction & documentary, and has broadcast credits for Executive TV programmes examining digitisation of the public & private sectors that have aired on Sky international business channels.
He is currently working with co-writer Caroline Sax to develop a returning historical drama for television.
In 2025, Aaron submitted a short story for the Big Finish New Writer Competition called 'Game of the Century.' Although unsuccessful, he enjoyed the challenge and you can read the outcome on his blog.

Aaron entered the Big Finish New Writers Competition 2025. 'Game of the Century' is a brand new Doctor Who story featuring the Thirteenth Doctor.

Aaron's debut novel is currently being written and nears completion.

Aaron supported students of City Eye's BFI Film Academy Short Course to develop the story & script of their short film 'Piece' which can be watched here.
Executive TV presents: Engineering the North
The North of England, its past and future, was the focus of Executive TV’s “Manufacturing The Future: Engineering The North,” which featured three exciting businesses embracing the latest technologies in manufacturing. ADM Automation, HART Door Systems & AMRC.
This programme also includes interviews with Policy Connect, the All Party Manufacturing Group and Chi Onwurah, Labour MP for Newcastle Upon Tyne & Shadow Minister for Science, Research and Digital.
Executive TV presents: Construction in the UK: Setting the Stage
Part of the Engineering the Future series which looks at the modern nature of the UK construction industry; and one of the major players changing the narrative of construction through big and small scale projects.
As a key player in the UK construction industry, Composite Profiles has evolved to be one of the most respected specialists in the industry and I was delighted to spend a couple of days filming with them at their HQ in Dorset and also have them walk us through their current project in London Shoreditch.

Irish Waste appeared as our case study to talk us through their solutions to help meet many of the waste challenges businesses continue to face.

When the Guild Takes Hold
The 2023 entry for DV Mission 48 Hour Film Challenge focuses on a board of outdated horror villains bemoaning the state of modern horror films.
"Horror these days is all slashing and killing."
The 2023 obstructions were:
- Title: When the BLANK takes hold.
- Genre: Hammer Horror
- Dialogue to include: "I won't be back but something will."
Aaron pulled a script together in a few hours, born out of ideas discussed by the City Eye group, to ensure early submission within the competition's stringent 48 hour turnaround time.

Executive TV presents: Green Technology: Fuelling Evolution
This programme welcomes G-Volution, an innovative developer of dual fuel engines, built as a highly efficient step forwards to a greener future. Their purpose: To bring affordable lower carbon and emission solutions to transport and power generation around the world.
G-Volution’s technology permits the diesel engine to evolve while adopting cheaper, cleaner and renewable fuels.
Joining them are Grand Central, an open access train company by Arriva, whose bold vision of a carbon-neutral future lead them into collaboration with G-Volution. From the get-go, they foresaw the growing need to shift their fleet to greener, more efficient fuels.

The Straight & Narrow
Aaron's debut short film tells the touching story of Tony (Thomas Beatty) who returns home from prison and reconnects with his estranged father (Grahame Edwards).
Eye of the Beholder
Aaron took part in a scriptwriting course hosted at Purple Door, University of Portsmouth under the guidance of writer Robin Mukherjee (Hetty Feather, Roman Mysteries, The Bill) to produce a short horror story later performed to an audience of peers and family.
